Q: What exactly is an affiliate program?
A: It's an easy way to make money sending your website visitors to us. When you sign up to be one of our affiliates, we give you banners and other promotional materials that you can put on your site. We also give you a link with a unique affiliate code for you. When one of your visitors clicks on any of those links and comes to our site, we track him. And when he signs up and joins our site, you get 50 percent of the revenue, not just one time but every month for as long as he stays a member!

Q: What does it cost me?
A: You don't pay a penny to be an affiliate. You just give us your contact information and you're in!

Q: What promotional materials do you offer?
A: We offer a wide array of animated and static banners in different sizes. We also offer free downloadable content for you to use to promote us (through TGPs, free pic posts, etc.) and FHGs (free hosted galleries). If you have any specific needs, let us know and we'll work on making it happen!

Q: If I sign up now, how soon can I start sending you traffic?
A: Right away! When you sign up online we send you an e-mail to confirm your address. Once you click on the e-mail link, we give you your affiliate linking code and you can send us traffic. We do manually review all applications and websites within a day or two to make sure they comply with our terms and conditions. We will cancel any account where we believe there is any fraud, illegal or unethical activity.

Q: Can I see your site?
A: We're proud of the rich original content on our site. Just drop us an e-mail after you've signed up as an affiliate and we'll set you up with a three-day pass to explore our site. If you start sending us lots of traffic, we'll gladly give you a free ongoing membership.

Q: How often do I get paid?
A: We pay our affiliates once each calendar month. We process those payments on the 15th of the following month and then distribute the checke by U.S. Mail. We do have a minimum $50 payout so if you didn't make that much in the period, we'll hold your funds until you reach $50, then make payment on the next payout date. However, you can always e-mail us and request to be paid on our next payout date whatever amount you've earned, even if it's less than $50.

Q: What's your content like and how often do you update it?
A: Our site features more than 40,000 original, exclusive photos and more than 200 video clips totaling more than 45 hours. Three times a week we add new content, some combination of model photos (often 100 or more), action photos (generally 75 or more) and video (always 20 to 30 minutes). All of our content is high quality amateur-style targeted right at our core market.

We also offer erotic stories and photos from Bear events around the world, plus a calendar, special offers, news of Bear events and more.

Q: Do I have to send you a certain number of visitors a month?
A: Nope, you can send us as much or as little - traffic as you like. Of course the more traffic you send the more money you'll make! So be sure to put our banners all over your site, especially the first few pages!

Q: If I don't have a website can I still promote your program?
A: Yes, there are a number of ways to do that, including search engine traffic, tgps and sending people to our free hosted galleries. However, we do not tolerate spam, which we define as unsolicited e-mail, or automated bulk posting to newsgroups or other message boards, and we don't allowing linking from illegal or unethical sites. If you do that, we'll boot you from our program.

Q: Who are you?
A: BearFilms.com is owned by Bear Entertainment Distributing, Inc., a California corporation. The company is gay-owned and operated and proud to be an active part of the Bear community and the gay and lesbian community at large. On average, contribute more than $20,000 in cash and products to various non-profits and charities every year. If you attend Bear events, you're sure to meet us!
